In part.... nightmare, the rest was magical
In the end, Kaspiyskiy gruz performed and all was forgotten. We missed the first 10 minutes of Jimmie Allen, my wife was very upset about that. Getting in to see Kaspiyskiy gruz at the concert was torture. After 40 minutes of trying to pull up the app to get our tickets and no one helped us, we were finally steered towards the box office to get our tickets. My wife suffers from severe pain and we didn't think we were ever going to get in. I almost thought we were going to have to go to the hospital instead. She is timeless, classy, elegant, breathtaking, and purely magical that my wife was able to forget about her pain until we started walking again after the concert. Handicap access needs to be more available for people who can't walk far and who can't stand to crane to see the performer. That is all.
